The Phelps Health Now app allows you to speak with a provider from the comfort of your home or office. No appointments or referrals are needed. Providers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.
Depending on the issue, the provider you see can diagnose, suggest follow-up care or treatment, and prescribe medication, when appropriate.
Experienced healthcare clinicians can provide care for common concerns, including the following:
• Bronchitis
• Colds
• Coughing
• Diarrhea
• Ear infections
• Fever
• Flu
• Headaches and migraines
• High blood pressure
• Minor sprains and strains
• Pink eye

Phelps Health is partnering with American Well (AmWell) to provide this service. We take your privacy seriously. Your visit with the provider is confidential and compliant with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).
If you use Apple Health, you can choose to share your health information with the provider during your video visit. You can share information, such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose levels, weight, nutritional information and respiratory rate.
